Luke 12:33-34 (NIV)“Sell your possessions and give to the poor. Provide purses for yourselves that will not wear out, a treasure in heaven that will never fail, where no thief comes near and no moth destroys. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”This verse is why we as a community church do what we do. God has placed it in the heart of our church to reach out to the community and surrounding communities around us to show them the love of Christ and spread the Good News.

“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.” (Matthew 28:19 KJV)Grace Assembly Klang is committed to fulfil the Great Commission by mobilizing our resources to reach out to our communities, our nation and the world.Our focus has always been “to know Him and to make Him known”.  For the past 50 years, Grace Assembly Klang has partnered with churches and funded missionaries in different countries to share the good news for the expansion of the Kingdom of God.  Currently our mission work is present in Peninsular and East Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Nepal and many others. Periodically, we would send our mission teams to these countries to minister at the outreaches.Our teams are commissioned to do the following:To do pastors’ conferenceTo preach the Word of God To visit home churches and drug rehabilitation centresTo teach and minister to children and youthTo do children’s ministryTo train and disciple both men and women leaders To evangelise through testimonies and skitsTo pray for the sick and to do deliverance During the pandemic, we were unable to send our teams for mission work because of travel restriction orders and worldwide border closures. However, we thank God for His grace and His provision that we were still able to support our missionaries and our outreaches as best possible by way of finances and prayers.In the coming years, more short-term mission teams will be sent forth to both local and foreign mission fields.
