Praise – The Key to Changing You

Praise is not a response to favourable circumstances but a spiritual posture that aligns the heart with God’s power and presence. When believers choose praise over fear, faith over anxiety, and worship over worry, God releases peace, strength, and breakthrough. Praise shifts focus from problems to God and invites His presence into every situation.

1. Praise Is a Choice, Not a Feeling

Praise is not dependent on mood, circumstance, or outcome. Scripture consistently shows that praise is a decision of faith, made even when situations are unclear or difficult. Believers are called to enter God’s presence with thanksgiving and praise, regardless of what they are facing.

Praise redirects attention away from fear and toward the character of God. When praise becomes intentional, the heart begins to align with truth rather than emotion.

Application: Choose praise daily, especially when circumstances are challenging. Praise is an act of faith before it is an expression of joy.

2. Praise Shifts the Atmosphere
